"The whole idea of a paragraph is to make things easier for the reader. You can also highlight multiple paragraphs and indent them at once. Alternatively, you can press the Tab key on your keyboard to indent the paragraph by one space. This will indent the selected paragraph by one space. Then, click the “Increase Indent” button in the toolbar at the top of the document. To indent a paragraph, start by selecting the paragraph. Indenting a paragraph on Google Docs is easy. To indent a paragraph in Google Docs, click on the indent icon located on the left side of the toolbar. This is useful for making the layout of text clearer and easier to read. Indenting a paragraph means that the left edge of the paragraph will be moved to the right, creating some space between the text and the edge of the page.
